Question: I have a bump on my breast!?
im 13 years old and seem to have a hard bump under my right nipple!. it is painful if it is touched!. i was reasently elbowed in the same spot!. is the lump because i was elbowed there or is it something more serious!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's probably from getting elbowed there - ouch! Wait a couple days and see if the swelling goes down!. Otherwise, get it checked!. Can you ask your Mom or sister to look at it!? Cover up your nipple with a band aid or something if you're embarrassed but I bet you're just injured!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
All girls beginning puberty have those lumps!. I remember when I had them and if I got elbowed or hit, boy did they hurt!. Your breast are enlarging and it's all part of the developmental stage!. They should disappear next year when your breast are larger!. In fact, if you noticed when you just started developing, those lumps were there!. If you didn't notice, then you were not hit in that area!. That's how I discovered they were there!. They are without a doubt very painful!. Don't listen to the first answer, you don't have cancer!. That can happen, I had that when I accidentally hit my left boob with the edge of a hard-bound book - ouch - anyway, if it doesn't go away, you should see a doctor!. Otherwise, just relax, it's most probably nothing serious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
