ummmm i have a crick in the back of my neck right between my shoulders ughh it hurts

Ice for any swelling and see a chiropractor!. things just get out of whack and need realigned!. you might try some stretching and or have somebody rub it some to loosen the muscle that has tightened up!. and Ibuprofen will help I take 4 but 2 or 3 may work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try to stretch the area-curl in a ball with your knees to your chest and wrap your arms tightly around your legs and try to stretch it out!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

What you could try is soaking in a HOT bath with some Epsom salt and apple cider vinegar!. The Epsom salt will help with relaxing the muscles and the apple cider vinegar will help in pulling toxins out of your system!. And of course the hot water will help loosen up the muscles!.

Could be tension, keep your neck warm and make sure your pillow is supporting your neck properly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Put a heating pad on your neck or take a hot shower!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
