Get in your shower in the most comfortable position to wash your vagina!. This could be either standing with the shower head running or even squatting while the tap is running!.
If you are left handed, use your left hand or if you are right handed, use your right hand!. Gently rub your vagina with your index, middle and ring finger with water!. This will remove any heavy residue already there!.
With your hands already being wet, lather some bar soap or a special vagina soap in your hands!. Gently rub the soap into your vagina!. Avoid getting soap inside your vagina as it could start to burn!.
Carefully wash the soap off and carry on with your usual shower routine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

best done when sitting in a bath!. If you have no bath tub, use a wash cloth and some mild soap and open it a tad and wipe it and then use some water to rinse the thing!.!.!.you mother should of showed you how to do this!.!.!.!.also when you wipe!.!.!.front to back!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
