Question: Did you survive breast cancer!?
I've just learned of a close relative who has been diagnosed!. I wondered if the odds are good that she will make it through!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My Mum did!.
She was given a 50/50 chance because it should have been picked on on her mammogram a year earlier but it was missed!.
She underwent a mastectomy, chemotherapy and radiation and was pretty ill but now she is much better and has had the all clear!.
She always says when you are diagnosed with cancer you have to take a year out of your life to recover!. Although the cancer is gone, she has been left feeling very tired by the radiotherapy and get colds and things easier than she did before!.
Whether or not your releative will be okay really depends on her specific case!. The important thing is to be there for her, support her and don't give up hope!. Many women beat breast cancer and there is no reason why she won't too =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
