my gf is on the pill and she normally come on the 11 of every month but she has started spotting already she is on the pop pill could this be right!?

If this is the first pack of pills she has taken, she should use other means of birth control in addition to the pill!. You should finish the first pack completely before other means are eliminated!. However, it is always best to use a condom with the pill no matter how long the girl has been taking them!. They are not 100% effective!. I have two children to prove it!. its ok!! when a girl starts first taking birth control she takes 3 weeks worth, the 4th week doesnt have medicne in it, but she still takes them so she wont forget to!. sometime during that 4th week she will have her period!. this will regulate her!. and yes some ppl do spot when they start taking it!. her body is getting used to something new!. my advice is to use a condom for the first month, and most doctors say the same, just to allow the pill to take affect!. but some birth control takes effect immediatly!. but if shes already started to spot!. she should be ok!. sex is always uncertain!. she can even get pregnant while shes on her period and while shes on birth control!. so if having a baby isnt something ur ready for then i would advise to use to most protection as possible while still comfortable!. i know that when u stop using a condom you never want to use one again!! u can also pull out!. that helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
