It could be acne because you can basically get acne anywhere from your face to your chest to half your back!. but usually that doesn't occur unless you already have acne on your face!. it could also be a rash!. it's kind of hard to tell because there's a couple possibilities but just wait it out to see if it goes away, and if it doesn't or gets worse see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sounds like you have some sort of contact dermatitis or some form of acne!. If they begin to hurt and you can't breath then that means that you have developed zolsters from stress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I get that in the summer it's a heat rash or since it's winter it could be acne!. It can't be breast cancer because it's on the outside!. Buy some body acne wash it clear it up!Www@Answer-Health@Com
