Don't rush it cause its not gonna work!.!.take your time, take a deep breathe and try again, this time put some Vaseline at the tip before you put it in, that way it will slide in easily!.!.and it won't hurt!.!.Use Vaseline for couple of times until you get use to it!.!.later on, you won't need Vaseline anymore!.!.

Always use Regular, unless its very heavy then use Super!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you tried the slim playtex tampons!? They go in really easy!. I'm not sure how else to help you as I'm not sure what your exact problem is!. Do you mean the applicator wont go in!? If the applicator is in, do you mean the tampon itself won't go!? If that's the case try inserting the applicator in only halfway and then insert the tampon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I just switched over, too and for the longest time I put it off because I just couldnt figure tampons out!. But I actually just sat down in the bathroom with the box of tampons and read the directions and they really helped!. In my opinion tampons are much easier than pads and much more comfortable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dear i must warn you , it will hurt if you pull one out,
You have to be very comfortable with your body and find its natural track, i know this sounds really gross, but use your finger at first to find out where to put your tampon, its really easy!. but it will hurt maybe when you pull it out!.!.!. :) hope this helped!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure you're not using a cardboard applicator! Those can be tricky! The plastic ones slide in more easily, as gross as that sounds!. I had problems getting tampons in too, but it will get easier as you keep trying!. Also don't use a mega super absorbant one either, those are too big to start out with! Use a light one or small or whatever they call them these days!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I put a little bit of vaseline on the tip to make it slide easily, plus make sure you're relaxing!. If you tense it will make it a million times harder to get in and it will hurt!. Make sure you push it as far as it will go, don't worry because it won't get lost!. The walls through to the uturus are too thin!
Best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

stick the applicator up your whats-it comfortably before pushing the tampon inside of you, that way you'll know it's inserted properly!. If sitting on a toilet doesn't help, try squatting (preferably after a shower and in the tub so you won't make a mess!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes tampons feel 10x better nd more comfortable than pads, but u still have 2 wear panty liners on ur heavy dayz !. try 2 sit on ur toilet or squat down, try 2 relax ur muscles nd slowly insert it in, try not 2 be to tense cuz that could be the reason it wont go nd stay in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know same thing happens to me!. Just keep trying (make sure you don't do it when you're not on you're period it can really hurt you)!.
Eventually you will get it!.!.!.!.I did but I couldn't get it all the way in and it was painful!. Talk to a doctor or mom!.
Best of Luck!

I think we've all had this problem at one point!. Read the directions in the tampon box!. There's an illustration and step by step instructions!. Just keep trying and goodluck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use pads why you bother for this simple thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
