you can not always tell and yes you CAN get pregnant like this!. It isn't likely but it is possible!. If you are worried, wait until your period and if it comes as normal, then don't worry but if it's odd or comes late, take a pregnancy test!. They can be purchased from Dollar Tree for a buck and tax!.
