It is totally normal, nothing to be worried about!. Maybe you're just small down there like I am!. It seems like girls will often do anything to use tampons instead of pads and force themselves to put them in even if it hurts a lot!. I decided that I'm just not going to do it and I'll just wear pads and be happy with my choice!. If you do really really want to wear tampons (for what reason I personally would never understand lol) eventually the time will come where you'll be able to!. Just take your time and don't rush it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its very normal, especially when you are scared!. Just take a few deep breaths and try using the smallest thinnest tampons there are until you get the hang of it!.
Only try to use them on your heaviest day, and even try using a little water based lube to help slide it in!.
Yes, after having sex it should be a little easier because the vagina has been stretched, but you can do this by yourself with your finger!.
I hope this helps!.!. Remember to be calm and take deep breaths!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

okay, so it is completely normal!. it is impossible to insert a tampon when you are tense!. what i do is right before i push it in i think of my favorite song and sing it then push it in and hey what do you know its in and completely fine!. try using a lower absorbency!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
