exercise a lot, don't eat sugar, fat, a large amount of calories, drink a lot of green and herbal tea (as much as you want, 0 sugar, 0 calories), when you're bored give yourself a manicure, take a hot bath (DON'T EAT BECAUSE YOU'RE BORED!)

Take a ribbon, cut it to the size you want your waist to be, and use that as your inspiration and see if it comes closer to fitting each day!.

Look your best, always

btw 120 lbs is great! though I don't know how short you are :)

the three day diet!. the foods are pretty basic and there are substitutions that make it easier to find foods that are already around the house!. i did it and it works great for that extra you need off immediately!. follow the directions EXACTLY and it seriously does work!. dont exercise or eat anything else!. and only 4 glasses of water a day!. youll lose 10lbs in 3days!. but dont try doing this for like 2 weeks straight to lose more cuz i hear it can be damaging and wont work!. youre supposed to eat "normal" for at least a week inbetween

what some people i know do before a tournament so that their wieght class goes down one class is to drink alot of water so that it flushes everything out of your system!. this is only a temporary thing though!. i think the best way to do it though would probly be to do alot of running and eating healthyWww@Answer-Health@Com

You can't lose 10 lbs!. in a week healthily so don't try to do it at all!.

If you're a cheerleader then that means you are active already!. If you're still concerned, concentrate on eating a healthy, balanced diet and work hard at your practices!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont worry how much you weigh!. but if u really wanted to loose weight , weight watchers is really good!. my mom lost alot using it!. trust me its really good!. you just have to watch what u eat in it!. but try working out!. seriously, nobody should care how much u weigh!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat the following:carrots broccoli (broccoli soup) (not tasteful but its worth it) n other veggies!.

exercise the following: 50 jumping jacks a daY,20 push ups a daY,20 pull ups a daY,have u ever heard of Yoga,and walk at least an hour a daYWww@Answer-Health@Com

120 is a really good weight!. i dont think you should try to lose anything!.
but if you really want too, stay away from bread!. eat grapefruit in the morning!. no rice either!. umm!.!. drink alot of water and try to run for 30 mins a day!. no junk food obviously!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Run 3 miles a day
eat all veggies or go on a week all natural water/juice diet whole juices with the fiber not concentrated ones

this will lead to a bunch of bowel movements and thats your 10 pounds down the drain!Www@Answer-Health@Com
