Haha, yeah, this always happens to me too!. Dont worry, i think it's totally normal and happens to most every woman!. It probably is just your body getting rid of the excess water it's been retaining the couple days before your period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes i think it does have that affect!. Also it makes you regular / sloppy with your poo!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
