You might have to go over your plan with your Dr!. more than once but in reality Dancers & women who realize that their body is constantly changing will have more than on procedure because they know the shape changes HAPPEN!
For those of you who are uneducated about this & calling the asker "sweety as if she's the one who's stupid: a professional dancer HAS to get a reduction of natural tissues & create the desired shape before getting large implants that will segway into larger implants!. Any Dr!. who does these kind of surgeries knows that after the "career" has climaxed there is usually an exit plan or finally surgery that will be reduction for practicality!. Sweety!
That being said multiple surgeries are common!. You need to be comfortable with who you are!. If you are willing to pay for the service of body sculpting don't let some SCHMOE that you don't know talk you out of it!. Be sure to go to a Dr!. that will accommodate YOUR wants!. If you go to your previous Dr!. & he balks then go to other Dr!.'s & explain your ideas to him & what you want your age progression to look like!. If shape is the issue do not be afraid to be adamant about your wants!. I know it might be hard but you should try to find someone who has the kind of surgery you want & find out who they recommend this is your body & you should be very confident about the out come!.

It would put extra pressure on your scars so I wouldnt want to do it!.!.!.and besides if you have had a reduction why would you want big boobies again!.!.!.!.
