Does this sound like endometriosis pain?!

I started this morning!. I've got severe abdominal/pelvic/back pain, thigh and leg pain, I threw up, had diarrhea, nausea, lightheadedness, irritability!.!.!.!.I literally cannot do anything!. I just lie here all day!. I have no energy, the pain is so severe I can't function!. I have been taking Pamprin all day, using heating pads, using muscle cream!. I can't go to work or school!. Why is my pain SO severe and what can I do about it!?!?

Flow is very heavy and another symptom I have is uncontrollable sweating and shakingWww@Answer-Health@Com
