Question: Help! Trying to loose weight, 20lbs by june!. I need LOTS of input!?
Okay!.
Lately i have been exercising everyday!.
I do 100 bicycles, 5-6 Seventeen videos, and walk/jog a mile and a half!.


BUT,
I can not, Work out on tuesdays, wednesdays, some saturdays and Def sundays!.

I know 3 days of week is all you need,
But,
Im trying to loose 20 lbs!.
And i have been drinking water, green tea, and trying to watch what i eat!.

Will this be enough!?

Any thing you wanna suggest!?

I can't afford diet pills!. I can buy cheap exercise equipment!. Cheap being under 10!.
I have a matt, dunbells, and a ball!.

But, I mean i want to look really good in my bikini this year!. And i just need lots of help so i can get a pretty one and just feel better!.

Let me see, that gives you 30 days in April, 31 days in May, 61 days if we're talking about losing 20 lbs!. by June 1!. That's approximately 9 weeks, so that's about 2 1/4 lbs!. per week!.
Can definitely be done!.
First, you need to make sure you eat enough to keep your body's metabolism burning fuel at an optimum level, if you eat too little your body will think it's at risk of starvation and it will slow your metabolism way down!.
So I suggest what most good weight programs will tell you - Eat 3 mini meals (approx!. 400 calories each), plus 3 snacks (probably 150 calories each) = 1650 calories per day, and try not to eat anything after 6:00 p!.m!.!.
That plus the exercise regimen you mentioned should allow you to meet your weekly weight loss goal!.
Make sure you eat from all 4 food groups each day: Fruit/Veggies, Dairy, Meat, Grains!.
Small (6 oz!.) juices like pineapple, apple, cranberry, or V-8 are great for a quick pick-me-up!.
Good snacks are rice cakes (my favorites are white cheddar cheese, chocolate, caramel), mini marshmallows, apple slices w/a bit of peanut butter on top, or celery w/cream cheese or peanut butter on top, raisins, craisins, nuts are really good (raw almonds, pecans, and walnuts are probably the best)!. You can get great bags of frozen fruit like mango, blueberries, pineapple, etc!.
I like to freeze green grapes and eat them for a snack!.
I'd stay with fresh or plain frozen veggies (not the kind with soy sauce or any other sauce on), the sauces usually have a lot of sodium (salt) in them and that will cause fluid retention which will show up as extra pounds!. Drink lots of water, iced tea is good (if needed with sweetener like Stevia, but I'd try to stay away from a lot of white sugar) carbs will turn into sugar during the digestive process and that can add up to too much sugar!.
Look for 0 trans fats, stay away from preservatives as much as possible, and high fructose corn syrup is just a fancy name for sugar ~ so avoid that as much as possible!.
For a good workout that doesn't feel like a workout, I'd try a dance video or dvd by Paula Abdul (she was a great dancer/choreograper before American Idol), or one of the other d/c's!.

First, do not take diet pills ever even if you can afford them!.
Second, do you really need to lost 20 pounds !? That is a lot of weight for a woman to lose!. Make sure your doctor is okay with that amount of weight loss before you start anything!.
Third, I would reccommend getting an account on dailymile!.com!. It's free and it's a great way to log how much you are actually working out!. Also you can connect with other people who are working out and stuff also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is extremely unhealthy it lose 20lbs in 2 months!.

You would need to starve your body and exercise 3 hours a day!. Not only is this reckless, but you will lose large amounts of muscle in the process!. Loose skin, too!.

By the way, there's nothing wrong with being a large women -- plenty of guys prefer em!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
