Question: Will Agnus Castus help me with my PMDD (severe PMT/PMS)!?
I'm desperate and I'll try anything!. I've been suffering for days on end and finally I started my period today and I feel a lot better but I experiecene beforehand:
Extreme tiredness
Extreme depression
Extreme moodiness
Weight gain
Specific food cravings
Withdraw from activities and people!.
I do exercise and I try to eat the best I can!. Can someone please help me!!!!
