okay so my first period only lasted 2 days, now this one (a week late!. ) is goin for ages and its the 4th day and how long will it last!?

expect abnormal periods especially since this is only your second!. it takes at least a couple months to a year for someone like you who is just beginning puberty to become "regular!." but yes you will be getting cramps everytime you have your period!. and you'll also feel bloated!. periods usually last 5-7 days!.!.!.the second day is usually the heaviest!. to deal with it, if it really bothers you, i suggest getting some midol to deal with fatigue, bloating, and cramps!. hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
It is not unusual for girl's periods to be very irregular for the first couple of years!. They can be just some brown spotting or last for 3-10 days depending on the person!. Some girls even miss a few months until their hormones develop!. When you get regular, your period will start anywhere from 25-35 days apart and all are normal, but most are usually about 28 days!. For cramps, drink hot tea, take a hot bath or shower and discuss medications that can be taken for cramps with your parents or doctor!.

Its fine!.!.!.periods can last from 4-7 days!.!.!.you should notice the floww getting less as t comes to an end!. For cramps hot water bottle and take Aleve (USA) or Naprogesic (AUS) get it from the Chemist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
