Question: GIRLS ONLY- is it okay if i go back on birth control!?
i have been having stomach problems lately so i quit taking vitamins & my birth control because i thought maybe i was feeling sick from one of those pills!. (i was in the middle of my hormone pills)
so after a week, when the hormones was about out of my system, i got on my period!. it was a normal flow & i figured it would go away in about a week!.
now it's the third week & my period has gotten super heavy!. if i wear a regular size tampon, it will get so heavy in 4 hours that the string will be soaked in blood (ewwwwww i know, but it's true)!. so i'm going to go get heavy tampons!.
is this normal for my body to be "regulating" or adjusting itself with these symptoms i'm having!? it just seems like there is too much blood!.
can i go back on my birth control & so the blood can stop!? or do i have to wait until i stop bleeding!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Since you have been bleeding it might be best to check in with your doctor!. However, if that is not an option, I think you can just start back on them while still bleeding and resume your schedule!. It is actually best to start them while bleeding, if using them for pregnancy prevention!.
