Question: Ok so lately when i look in the mirror!.!.!?
ok so lately when i look in the mirror i notice my butt is a little bit more bigger and a little bit more wobblier if that makes sense!?!? and kinda the same with my thighs *embarrased smile*!.!. ANYWAY! umm, i was wondering, what are some good exercises to make that look good again!?!? and anyone whos had this all of a sudden happen to them like me!?!? is it normal for it to happen!?!? im 15!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do some squats, and weight training!. Watch your intake of carbs!. When women eat a lot of carbs, most of the time it goes to their tummy, thighs and butt!.

If you have a treadmill walk on it for about a half hour!. If you don't, try going up and down stairs 10 times!. Stretch before you do it! And make sure you don't sit right after you do it because your muscles could cramp up!.

You can try running or taking up dancing, those tend to work pretty well to tone your muscles, but you have to stick with them!. If you really want to try something hard core, take up capoeira!. http://en!.wikipedia!.org/wiki/Capoeira That will get you in shape real fast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your Body is going through a transformation from child to Womanhood and with that comes the unwanted pounds!. Your Metabolism is changing along with your body!.
