Why do women have periods and guys dont?!

Because only women are capable of conceiving and carrying a child!. Periods are the result of the uterus expelling its lining when a baby has not been conceived through sexual intercourse!. Men do not have the same reproductive systems as women and it is not necessary for them to have periods!.

so your uterus starts gathering blood to nourish the potential "baby"
