Question: I have a fear of looking in mirrors!?
Okay im alright looking in a mirror in my bathroom but i hate looking at them in public places i see myself so ugly my skin is pale i can't tan i acne on my back shoulder chest neck and face and i use murad and eat lots of vitamins for teens and i take Abilify2mg , im not really scared of mirror i just don't like starring at them I notice when i don't stare at them my confidence boosts but when i do it goes down too much what can i do i think i have Body dimorphic disorder :\Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's okay i understand, we all have times where we aren't happy with our looks (well, most of us!) sometimes i don't like looking at the mirror either!.!. but you know you are your own biggest critic!. if i get a break out of acne or something and look in the mirror, what works REALLY well for me is to tell myself "who cares, it'll go away soon" and within a few days it usually does!. if you can let yourself not be effected by your acne/features you dislike then you will feel 10x better!. trust me on this :) i'm sure you are not ugly, anyway i'm soo pale right now too!! so you're not alone lol :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone thinks they are ugly!. I feel the same as you ! for your acme try the brands that you dont hear of as much!. The acme clearing cremes that are commercialed all the time afre crap!Www@Answer-Health@Com
