Lactose intolerance isn't an allergic reaction, rather, the body doesn't have enough lactase enzymes to metabolize the lactose that is ingested!. So no, she's not allergic to it!. If she were to drink it for some reason, she may have some discomfort and/or diarrhea due to the absence of enzymes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
