The answer is yes!. They are symptoms of either Chlamydia or Gomorrah!. Often people don't get symptoms and don't know they have it, but what you listed are symptoms of those 2 most common STI's (Sexually Transmitted Infections)!. If left untreated, this can lead to serious infection and infertility!.she can easily have this treated with a one off dose of antibiotic!. She should also bring her partner with her for testing and treatment!. They should also do full STI testing, including blood tests!. I have put a website below where she can find a free and confidential GUM clinic (STI testing clinic) in her area!. Because of the abdominal pain, she needs to go tomorrow!. Most Brook clinics are open on a Saturday and are drop-in, so she doesn't need to make an appointment, so urge her to go tomorrow!. Or asap! Definitely sounds like the symptoms of a STD!. Your friend should not go untreated for long because the infection can potentially cause lasting damage!. Please get her to a doctor ASAP!!!

She should still see the Dr!. even after trying the cream though!.
