I have been eating so much this week. Is it b/c of my period?!


Question: I have been eating so much this week!. Is it b/c of my period!?
Next week I am due for my period!. This week I have been eating ravenously!. I feel really badly about this!.!.but then again it's not like I actually got stuffed form eating too much, I was just really hungry!. It didn't even feel like I overate!.

Nonetheless, I believe today I may have consumed like 2300 calories!. I am not completely sure!.!.but it's up there!.

I have never noticed myself being this ravenous before!. I am craving chocolate and cookies!.!.anything with sugar!. Today I binged on organic cookies and some chocolate soy milk!. I had more cookies than I should have!.!.!.I just couldn't stop myself!.


What is going on!? I know this can't be good!.!.I am usually able to avoid all of the sweets in my house!.!.I never have a problem avoiding them!.!.but this week I just feel vulnerable to my returning sweet tooth!.

There is NO way I a pregnant! lol!. I am a virgin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when im around/on my period i always get cravings for sweets
ur hormones r just always mixed up round ur period
but next time u see urself grabbing for the choclate run to grapes there great for taking that choclate craving away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its probably your period!. i'm not sure!.!. but just work out whenever you're hungry!. & eat fruits instead of cookies!. they are sweet too, and much healthier!. thats what i try and do!. whenever i want something sweet, i eat grapes, or pears, or bananas!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
