Answers:
bleeding like that is not always normal!. don't ignore it!. go to the health department!. they charge you based on income!. there are a number of things that can cause bleeding like that such as poly cystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis, and sexually transmitted diseases!. ALL of which need to be addressed by a health care professional!. only you know what is normal for your body, and if this was normal for you, i doubt you would have posted, right!? there are places out there that will see you on a payment plan, on a sliding fee, (based on your income)
or even free at free clinics!.
I was diagnosed with endometriosis when i was 15 years old, and if caught that early, it can be managed!.
this may turn out to be your hormones and puberty at work!. but trust me, better safe than sorry!.

( I know you said that you aren't sexually active, but just in case you are and just don't want to announce it online)

when i was in high school my best friend lost her virginity to her boyfriend!. (he wasn't a virgin) anyways she started having alot of bleeding just like you!. didn't have any abnormal discharge or cramping or any other problems - just bleeding alot!. 11 months later she started having bad pain with her bleeding and i took her to the emergency room!. they diagnosed her with pelvic inflammatory disease!. a few days later they her tests came back and she'd had chlamydia!. now 8 years later, she can't get pregnant!.
i'd hate for this to happen to you!. you are so young!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is normal to have irregular periods/spotting for the first couple of years after starting your periods!. If you are sexually active I may seek some medical advice wherever possible incase of miscarriage etc

I just want to add that reading this question has made me quite emotional!. I live in the UK and all medical treatment and advice is free on the NHS (national health service) and is paid for through our taxes!. If I needed to see a Dr now then I could walk right into hospital and get all of the treatment, advice and medication I need without spending a penny!.

It really is a shame that the US can't adopt a similar system, like the one that Hilar Clinton tried to introduce a few years ago!. I know the UK isn't much better, but it really is Capitalism gone mad!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you might just be getting a spotting, it's normal and fairly common!. If it only lasts a day or so and is very light that is the most probable answer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is not unheard of to get your period back to back

My mother ahs had hers 3/4 of a month!.!.!.she will be off two days and on for a week!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
