Switching from Yaz to Ocella?!

Question: Switching from Yaz to Ocella!?
I've been on Yaz for 8 months and I really like it!. I've never had any side effects!. Today when I went to fill my prescription I found out that my doctor called in Ocella instead of Yaz!. I talked to her a few months ago about going on something a little cheaper, so she wrote me a prescription for Yasmin since it has the generic!. I decided to stay on the Yaz though, because even the generic of Yasmin turned out to be just as expensive!.
So anyway, I'm stuck with this Ocella and I have to choose between taking this for a month or skipping my pill on Sunday and getting another Yaz refill on Monday!. I really wouldn't mind trying out the Ocella, but I don't know how I would react to it!. I guess Yaz and Yasmin are supposed to be pretty similar!.
Has anyone else switched from Yaz to Yasmin or Ocella!? How did it affect you!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
They switched me from Yasmin to Ocella which is the generic!. The two are very very different!. And Ocella honestly didn't work for me at all!. But it depends on the person!. I found some good information looking up Ocella affects a few months agoWww@Answer-Health@Com

Ocella is just the generic brand for yaz/yasmin!. It's the exact same chemical as yaz/yasmin!.!.!.!.And its less expensive!. I've always used Yasmin, but since the generic became available recently, my insurance made me switch!. I suspect that's why your now taking Ocella!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
