There aren't any benifits to a high level of anything, as balance is the most benificial state to be in, especially when it comes to hormones!. The menstrual cycle relies on fluctuation (but controlled fluctuation nontheless,) of this and other sex hormones!. Estrogen is a hormone, and if you have a lot you'll grow everything more and quickly, such as your breasts, hair ect!. And it helps your period because birth control pills have it so it helps regulate cycles!.
