what's the best long term contraceptive plan?!


Question: What's the best long term contraceptive plan?
Im looking for a birth control method that has the least hassles (i.e. remembering to take a pill everyday) and minimum side effects. some of the info i've googled has made me skeptic and confused as to which would be the best for me. i am basically down to the IUD and the Depo Provera. but im not sure about the side effects these have.
help!

*No one but your doctor can tell you the answer to that. For various reasons, one thing is good for one woman but not for another. There are pros and cons to all forms of birth control. Your doctor is much better versed in these and he/she should be the one to discuss this with. After all, it's not like you can go to your local drug store and buy whatever you want without a prescription anyway. Your doctor will ultimately be the one to give you a prescription so why not discuss it with him or her at that time? They will know what's best for YOU.
