What do you do to help your period be less painful?!

Question: What do you do to help your period be less painful?
My period hurts me so bad that I get fainting spells and I throw up. I do take midol and sometimes it takes it a while to kick in. Is there anything else I can do?

Answers:

if you know when your period is coming up try to start taking midol around your due date, like even before you actually see blood. but always take the right dosage! be careful with medicine girl!! maybe hot baths exercise during the remainder of the month .... ummmm cold ice bags kind of numb your muscles but is very uncomfortable.
