Tender lump in groin area?!

Question: Tender lump in groin area?

I have this lump that is very tender and movable. I get them every once in awhile. It looks like it has a head on it. It's right where my underwear rubs and I've been exercising a lot lately, What could ut be?

Sounds like a lymph node. They often swell when they're fighting off infection (you won't necessarily be feeling ill).
