Hi...

Bulimia causes dehydration, anemia, and low levels of sodium, potassium, and magnesium in the body. It causes hypertension (low blood pressure) and a slow or irregular heartbeat.

As your as such in recovery it may still be a throw back to when you were doing it regularly. Iron can take up to 8 weeks to see results so start straight taking it with orange juice.
