Advice on my new plan?!


Question: Advice on my new plan?
I am a frreshman in college and unlike most college students here, I've actually been opposite and lost weight. I exercise everyday and try my best to eat healthy, and I also keep no junk food in my room. Next week I am starting "my plan" to allow myself one "treat" on Fridays and Saturdays, but was wondering some tips to help me stay motivated during the week to not give in and eat any. I want to do this to help me control, as well as reward myself for making it through the week. I also currently keep a food/exercise journal.

Shrug. It's good to be healthy, but ideally your diet should be natural, and not something you have to stress about a lot. Learn as much as you can about nutrition and dietetics, so you can think of food as a necessary and valuable part of life, rather than something to restrict and suffer through to get the treats. When you can think of the benefits of good food more than the dangers of "bad" food, treats won't be so much of a forbidden thing.
