Red dots with white centre on pubic area?!

Question: Red dots with white centre on pubic area?
I'm 16, and shaved down there for the first time about a week ago. A few days later, red dots started to show up. I figured it was just a razor rash. But today i saw that now there are white dots in the centre of the red ones. And the hair is starting to grow back in these dots.

Is this normal? Why do I have red dots with white centres on my pubic area? It doesn't hurt, but it did when the red dots first appeared and itched a tad, but i thought that was just cause the hair was growing back.

Oh, and I'm still a virgin, so pretty sure it's not an STD.

It probably is razor burn. Treat razor burn with aloe vera gel. The aloe vera allows for protection from the environment and has analgesic qualities that reduce swelling, soothe the irritation, and form a barrier which protects the skin from infection and promotes healing. Cortisone cream will also help with the redness and discomfort. There is a non prescription one that you can get at the pharmacy. Also if you cannot get cortisone cream or aloe vera gel you can just use cold water and a wash cloth and pat dry. And check this site to learn how to prevent it in the future.
