birth control and blood clots?!

Question: Birth control and blood clots?
Ive been sick for a couple days and I haven't been walking around much.
Ive basically been laying in my bed the whole day and night besides getting up to go to the washroom.
I am on Alesse 21 and I know that birth control increases the risk of blood clotting.
My legs are having a bit of sharp pains, but im not sure if thats just from laying down always. Ive been trying to stretch my legs and wiggle them around while in bed to keep the blood moving.
Is that enough? How often should I get up and walk around for? I'm worried because my legs are aching a bit..
I am only 18 years old, so I dont know how likely it is for me to get a blood clot from this
