Answers:

The doctor will examine your genitals. She will look at them visually. She may press on them with a gloved hand to feel for swelling or lumps. She may take some swabs for testing. My guess would be you have a yeast infection, but it's best to have a doctor take a look.

It's uncomfortable, but not painful, and weird, in that we don't let people look at our genitals usually, but it's nothing to be frightened of. Remember, the doctor sees people's genitals all day every day. You couldn't possibly have anything they haven't seen before.

She may feel around there or take a small swab to test the pH of you vagina. It will not hurt, There is nothing scary about it. You will have a nurse in there with you as well. Because you are a virgin they will not stick anything in there that will hurt you. You probably just have a vaginal infection which is common, the large majority of women will get them at some point in their lives.

She is NOT looking at you in a sexual context. She is a medical professional and she has seen plenty more than you have seen. She needs to look you over "down there" and maybe take some fluid samples but she should not excite you sexually. If she rubs you wrong tell her to stop. And there should be another person in the room with you so this does not happen. (a nurse usually)

She doesn't want to overlook anything.
