I don't think there is a disorder or anything, you just feel uncomfortable going to the loo whilst other people are there. I am the same way and so are many of my friends. I only use other people's or public loo's when I absolutely have to, even if it's one of my closest friends house. It makes me feel awkward otherwise.
I think some people are just like this, whereas others aren't =]
That is a very common problem - it's called "Shy pee-pee disease." I have it too: I can't get an erection when standing in the middle of Staples Arena during a Lakers game.
Just pee in a cubicle, I mean stall, where people normally go #2.
If people are watching you while you go #2, they have a very bizarre problem, and you should be angry!
