Question: How to delay my period? How many BC pills or what?

Hey, I'm planning to go to the country this weekend, but my period is about to start (actually I've been spotting very lightly for the past 3 days and my boobs are sore already). I don't want to be uncomfortable, u know in the country it's hard to find toilets and stuff... i know there's a way to delay my period with pills, how to do it? should I take one, or two bc pill now, or how to do it? I'm new at this.. thanx

Hi... It's called going "back to back" if your pill is a 21 day pack just continue taking the next new pack day 1 (no sugar pills) . If your on a 28 day pack and the last 4 or 7 are inert (depends on the brand) just start again on the active pills.

if yo keep taking the bc pills your period will hold off untill you stop taking the pills, but if you've been on bc for a long time you might spot a little on the day you usually start it

u should vote for the others coz they are right the only thing i know that delays a period is stress BUT WHO WANTS STRESS?so yeah , do what the others have said :)
