Hydradenitis Supprativa and Pilonidal Cyst? can they exsist together? or just ba!

I was diagnosed with a Pilonidal Cyst in 2008 and have maybe 1-2 flares a year and have learned how to manage and live with this awful condition.

But, now however i believe that i am developed Hydradenitis Supprativa as well. I have been noticing painful cysts on my inner thighs that very closely resemble my Pilonidal Cyst. I was wondering if its common for these to conditions to be present at the same time or if i just have really bad luck with cysts???

any advice or common stories are greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
