Same here. U change it every 2 hours unless it's uncomfortably wet, so then u change it every hour and a half. Ps- is your birthday at the end of September or early October? Sorry it just seems like all my friends who have their periods right now have their birthdays in those same months bc I do too. i think it depends on personaly how often you want to change it and whether you feel dirty or not. if it gets to the point of it not absorbing anymore then you definitely should change it.

You Should Change It About Every 1-2 Hours.
Unless You Are Really REALLY REALLY Wet.
If You Are Really Wet Then You Should Change It More Often Than 1-2 Hours.
