Don't get started modeling when you're young. Models like Twiggy say they regret starting at a young age because it can take over you're life. Just enjoy being a teen =)
If you just mean small modeling jobs here and there, I'd say go for it, but if you meant full on modeling then no.
You are very pretty but you should lose all the eye makeup. It sort of takes up your face. Modeling agencies like fresh, clean looks.
