Why is my period heavier during the day than at night?!

Question: Why is my period heavier during the day than at night?

So at school ny period us super heavy and u go through like 3 pads in 7 hours but then when I get home it's nit as heavy and when I wake up in the morning my pad is basically completly clean. Why is this? Please explain

Its because our bodies arent active of a night time, everything is relaxing so not as much blood is produced. Also we're laying down so the blood doesnt have a clear 'opening' (i guess you'd call it) to just flow freely out of your body. It happens to all of us :)
Its like a bottle of water. If it was half full and you open the lid but lay it on the side, nothing is gonna come out is it? But as soon as you tip it up the water has a free opening to expell the fluid. Just like a period.

Because you are up and moving around during the day. While you are sleeping, your body is horizontal also.

Because you're lying down at night and not moving around all the time as you would in the day.
