Question: How do i control my hunger and stop my urge for food?
im 13 and im always on the move and i go running. i always feel quite peckish and sometimes im just hungry, i eat these low fat/cal. buiscuts (go ahead buiscuts) and my mums going to buy me breakfast buiscuts. i usually go to the shops for lunch and i will have 2 hot buttered rolls, an energy drink a boost and penny sweets and i might nibble on my friends penny sweets, im quite tall and im 9stone. how do i control my urge for chocolate and how do i control my hunger?

EAT THINGS THAT ARE FILLING AND HAVE SELF CONTROL.BEFORE EATING WHAT YOU FEEL GUILTY ABOUT THINK OF THIS.WHY SHOULD YOU EAT IT?FOOD IS OUR FUEL NOT MEANT FOR PLEASURE.THINK OF YOURSELF AS A MACHINE THAT NEEDS FOOD WHEN ITS OUT OF ENERGY AND HAS A DAILY SCHEDULE.IF YOU ARE ALWAYS CRAVING SWEATS AND CANT STOP.THAN GET A BLENDER AND MAKE LOTS OF JUICES WITH VARIETY OF FRUITS.



Try And Drink More Water.
