flagyl question! Its making my urine smell horrible!?!

Went on a few sites and no it shouldn't. I'd try and drink more to flush out whatever is in your system, the only side effect I could find that would be relatively close to your problem is below.

Metronidazole (flagyl) may cause dark urine in some patients. This is temporary and will go away when you stop taking this medicine.
