I'm on my period right now.
And my boobs hurt & are tender.
Does that mean they're growing?

I'm thirteen also and boobs tend to be most sensitive when you are on your period. But when they are very sore, that is a sign that they are growing but do not expect to see changes over night lol. It takes time :)

Since you've hit puberty it's likely that your breasts are beginning to grow, but it's common for them to be tender during any period that you have due to the hormonal imbalance in your system. I'm 20 years old and sometimes my breasts get a little to sensitive when my period comes around, so the pain isn't directly linked to them growing.
