Sleep required varies by age. Some teenagers may require up to 10 hours of sleep. The calcium in milk is very important, but keeping your body in the best of shape with exercise and eating from all of the five food groups is also very important.
My brother and I are among the tallest in the family and we ate lots of foods most wouldn't... salad, broccoli, lima beans, kidney beans... with decent portions of meat, bread, etc. Basically, the five food groups.
You should also check this natural product http://www.humangrowth.us I've been using it as a height booster for several months now This stuff is great, It is rare for a product to live up to its advertised hype. But this one actually does. It Works as advertised. Also, this specific product advertises improved joint health. I injured my knee and could find no relief, but after 3 weeks of using it I no longer have knee pain. I have tried other height gaining products, but I have seen the best results from this product. My height continues to grow.
Yes, drink milk. I used to drink milk everynight before i go to sleep.
I grew nonstop. But since I stopped drinking milk, I stopped growing.
Also running and jumping helps. It stretches and work your muscle so that It could make your body bigger.
milk= calcium= better bones= better height, so increase your intake, also do stretches and hanging.
Well I don't think it's too likely that you are shrinking. Nobody shrinks, their bones bend which makes them appear shorter. The only way you could be shorter than you were before is if there is something very serious going on with your spine. Probably not the case, so you probably just didn't measure correctly. I never drank milk or ate very healthy but I grew to 5'3". How tall you will get is strictly based on genetics. Most girls are finished growing at 17. I stopped when I was 14. It is possible that you may still get a little taller, but if you do it probably won't be more than a couple inches. Just get yourself some cute heels. If you are truly concerned that there is something going wrong with your bones, you should see a doctor.
