So I havnt had my period for two months havnt had sex for about 4 months...... What could that mean what should I do

See a doctor. Take a pregnancy test. Get off the internet that will tell you nothing with certainty and go do something about it. Missed periods can be for a myriad of reasons from weighing too little, to weighing too much, and sometimes just cause.
