Question: Questions about birth control? help!?
Ok so yesterday was the first day I started my birth control pills called Junel and I took it during the 3rd day of my period and today wen I woke up my period was done. Is this normal? My period usually ends after the 6th day. I also took this pill 24 hours after my period and on the box it says if I take it during the 24 hours of ur period u dnt have to use any condoms or anything. Is this true even if I started on the 3rd day (36 hours) of my period? Thanks

I think it would be best to call your pharmacist! They would be happy to answer your questions :)
yes call the pharmacy.
It is also a good idea to use another form of birth control for a while after you start you pills. This gives your body a chance of getting into the cycle. I would suggest you use condoms until you have finsihsed at least one full pack of pills AND you are very regular about taking them.
