what determines patient satisfaction when at the doctors office?!

Hi - a patient who is 'satisfied' has not been spoken to rudely by the Receptionist, has not spent hours waiting for her appointment, has seen a courteous and professional doctor who asked questions and listened to her concerns, who carried out an examination relevant to the patient's concerns, and who supplied both a diagnosis AND appropriate meds for that condition. Failing a diagnosis, the Doctor forwards the patient on for further tests perhaps with a health provider who deals with specific areas of the body, OR he begins his own tests on that patient.
