Do disposable diaper-like period panties still exist?!

Question: Do disposable diaper-like period panties still exist?
Several years ago, I recall an ad in a magazine for a pink disposable underwear-type garment that was to be used during the period. I think it said it could be used with a pad or tampon, to provide backup support, or on its own for heavy days. It was kind of like a diaper in that it had substantial padding. The ad showed a woman wearing jeans with the top-portion of the diaper sticking out the back. I recall that it was manufactured by one of the leading brands, Stayfree or Kotex. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and whether it is still sold?

Plenty of info on that at the Museum of Menstruation: http://www.mum.org/kotpers.htm

Well I heard of a woman who had such heavy flows she was forced to wear depends. I'm sure it's just like wearing depends(for when old peple pee/**** themselves) .. so you could buy them.
