Hey!

Don't worry, nothing is wrong with you at all. It's natural-Trust me. With the sneeze/blood situation i don't think you would need to change pads unless it is time to. If there is so much blood coming out that you have to change your pad straight after you put on a new pad then tell your mum but don't worry, its nothing to worry about, happens to me too. Just ask you mum if you think anythings wrong, i know it embarrassing but keep in mind she's been through this aswell and she knows what to do. Boys go through a lot as well but sadly they don't have periods :(

Just stay happy and everything is fine nothing is wrong with you at all :D

congratulations!!!!!!!!!!
Don't worry, first periods are just crazy they are irregular and act strange. The blood can be brown or as you mention black.

When i started my first period (almost seven month ago)it lasted 3 weeks!!! I went to the doctor and she told it's perfectly natural for starters : )You'll be fine.

welcome to the wonderful world of womanhood..... it sucks.
