Question: Can someone plz answer, am so worried.. 10 pts. !!?

am in 30's near to be 40, an my leg, the down part of my leg is so like, too much lines under the leg down. all lines and its soo soft and when i press on it my finger go not so deeo in but little,, + sometimes it hurts ! is ok ? am so worried plz tell me??!! is it ok?? is it normal?? help plzz =( and thnx so much
